Mission, I have found most of them online. One of the best resources I have
been informed of, &lt;a href="http://www.getselfhelp.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener">getselfhelp.co.uk&lt;/a>. I plan
to have a list of PDF&amp;rsquo;s mirrored from there, to make sure everyone has access
to it.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>With the Panic Thought Record, I was able to track my thoughts on certain
situations that had bothered me. Then, I was able to break down the situation
and analyze it better using the worksheet. There is an example on the bottom
